We do this by handling all aspects of financial management and reporting. As a highly valued owner, your financial transactions associated with aircraft operations will be handled by Dominion’s accounting team, including accounts payable for all direct and indirect operating costs.
Scheduling and trip planning is simple.
A simple phone call or email will set our Scheduling Team in motion. We handle every detail involving the aircraft and crew itineraries, based on your specific needs.
Employing your crew and functioning as your corporate HR department.
Upon your approval, Dominion will employ your pilots and handle all aspects of HR and payroll; inclusive of pilot recruitment, training and dismissal.
Aircraft ownership and charter services.
Our Charter Team is focused on delivering to you the right kind of revenue options to maximize your investment.
Maintenance control and support are provided by a 24/7 team.
Our Maintenance Department experts are on-call for trip support of unscheduled maintenance. This allows crew members to focus on the client and flight operation of the aircraft.
Scheduled maintenance software stays up-to-date with your aircraft.
Dominion utilizes aircraft-specific maintenance tracking software that provides our team the necessary data to keep your aircraft up-to-date and ready for its next scheduled inspection.
Maintenance budgeting and planning prepares you for the future.
Dominion is able to build annual maintenance budgets and outlook forecasts for your aircraft. For scheduled maintenance items or elective upgrades which may require a Service Center appointment, we will obtain competitive quotes utilizing our extensive network of aviation partners.
Safety Management System
Dominion is proud to take a proactive approach to safety and quality through the utilization of our Safety Management System.
Dominion commits itself to safety and quality through company-wide participation in open reporting through its SMS.
SMS has long been required by foreign aviation regulators. Dominion realizes the positive attributes SMS has for its organization and customers and has long been committed to dedicating resources to the SMS for years volunteering compliance prior to it being required by the Federal Aviation Administration.
ARG/US Platinum Elite
Dominion has strived for accreditation by the Aviation Resource Group (ARG/US) Platinum Elite Audit Standards because of its stringent requirements. This organization is recognized as providing one of the top independent audits in the United States and its requirements far exceed government regulatory oversight.
The process for accreditation requires intense examination by aviation management professionals who explore the way in which we conduct our business in every aspect of operations, including safety, flight, recruitment, training, scheduling, in-flight performance, and maintenance. Anyone familiar with ISO 9000 will appreciate the scope and depth of the examination to which we opened up our business. Accreditation is a complex process and furthermore, it ensures customers that we perform to the same high standards of other ARG/US rated operators.
Dominion Aviation is one of just 13 operators worldwide that has achieved the ARG/US Platinum Elite Rating.
IS-BAO Stage 2
Dominion Aviation Services is proud to be one member of an elite list of operators to achieve the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) designated by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC), an international, non-governmental association that represents, promotes and protects the interests of business aviation in international policy and regulatory forums.
Initiated in 2002, the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) is designed to promote the use of high-quality operating practices for international business aircraft operations. It provides baseline requirements for structuring flight departments and planning and conducting their operations; it challenges flight departments to review their current systems, programs and procedures, to recognize strengths and weaknesses in those procedures, and to upgrade them to a very high standard.
